Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort repositioned one of its signature bars as Hau Tree Cantina. The updated menu creates a beachside dining experience featuring a variety of craft margaritas and mojitos alongside fresh Mexican fare with a Hawaii twist. Lunch options include fresh catch tacos, enchilada salsa verde, and a cantina salad with fresh local greens, while dinner showcases dishes like pan seared fresh catch with salsa Playera de Lujo, carne asada, and chipotle mojo sauteed jumbo shrimp
