Hotel Christopher, St. Barth

Alfresco breakfast and dinner at Taino come with breathtaking sea views

Travel agents have the pick of posh resorts for their clients traveling to St. Barth, and Hotel Christopher is an option you won’t want to overlook.

The hotel celebrated its reopening on December 1 after extensive renovation to its guest rooms, pool, two restaurants, reception and boutique.

The property has 41 guest rooms in four categories, the best of which are the Deluxe Ocean Views. These are 422 square feet with 100-square-foot terraces and garden access. While all of the hotel’s guest rooms are open, some are still being softly renovated. These will be ready by the end of May.

The two dining options, Taino and Mango, now have new looks and menus. Taino serves breakfast and dinner alfresco, with sea views. For lunch, The Grill at Mango offers Caribbean seafood and a selection of sandwiches.

Hotel Christopher has partnered with Art & Bien-Etre for all spa services—massages, facial care and body treatment, waxing, pedicure and manicure, hairstyle, makeup, and pilates and yoga.

The hotel also has a boutique onsite. Linde Gallery has its own personal collection of beach necessities like bikinis and sarongs, as well as other top-of-the-line collections like Emilio Pucci and Rick Owens Prêt à porter. Note that the gallery is closed on Mondays.
