San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants will manage a 17-story, 200-room, $75 million, four-star hotel to be built next to a T-REX light-rail line in Greenwood Village in Denver, CO. The hotel, which will be named Palomar Denver Tech Center, is being developed by ING Clarion Partners and will be built next to ING's 22-story, 470,000-square-foot Plaza Tower One office building.
