Langham Place Hotel to Open in Changchun, China

Langham Hotels International announced the management contract signing of the new five-star Langham Place Hotel, Changchun in China. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2009 in downtown Changchun, a city of 7 million people and the capital city of Jilin Province in northeast China. The 350-room and 100-suite property has 9,842 square feet of meeting space, and a Chuan Spa utilizing traditional Chinese medicine. This latest message from Langham follows on the heels of their announcement three months ago of the plans for the Langham Place Hotel, Chaoyang, Beijing. Visit [www.langhamhotels.com].
