Las Ventanas Al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The resort, located in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, has planned a series of events to pay homage its Mexican heritage.

To kick-start the celebrations, Las Ventanas al Paraíso will bring La Botica to cities across the U.S. in iconic locations, including Bemelmans’s Bar at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York City and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. The pop-up events will feature entertainment from Rosalia de Cuba and Afro-Cuban jazz performances, along with three of the apothecary-themed La Botica’s cocktails, namely the Hoja Santa Smash, the Serrano Chilli Cocktail and the Spicy Pineapple Margarita.

Over the July 4th holiday weekend, when Las Ventanas al Paraíso celebrates its anniversary, there will be a party with live entertainment and a dinner experience, followed by a fireworks show. Throughout the year, the resort’s venues will feature a dedicated menu of favorites over the past 25 years, including an anniversary menu at the Sea Grill and a signature anniversary massage at The Spa at Las Ventanas.

The resort will also offer an intimate excursion in October to celebrate Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead). As part of “Rosewood on the Road,” guests will head south to Tzintzuntzan, Michoacan, a destination famed for its displays and nighttime cemeteries. For this experience, the resort has tapped David Luna, the resort’s first PlaceMaker, to design special pieces for the festivities.

Las Ventanas al Paraíso has 84 accommodations, including 12 signature villas and the 28,000-square-foot Ty Warner Mansion. The resort has introduced personalized services from Villa Hosts, to Pool and Dog Butlers and a dedicated Department of Romance as well as original food and beverage concepts including La Botica, the region’s first piano bar.
