Manhattan's Exchange Hotel Changes Ownership

Hotusa Group, a Barcelona-based hotel consortium, is the new owner of the boutique Exchange Hotel in the Wall Street area of Lower Manhattan. The purchase marks Hotusa's second foray into North America, as it also owns the Dylan Hotel in New York. The 53-room Exchange Hotel was relaunched in 2006 and is in close proximity to the South Street Seaport. It features rooms and suites with cathedral ceilings, flat-screen TVs and marble bathrooms.
