Marriott International is adding its first property in Medan and its fifth in Indonesia in 2008. The company will manage the new 268-room Medan Marriott Hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2008. The hotel will include a business center, an executive lounge, three restaurants, a ballroom, meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool, a lighted outdoor tennis court and a fitness center and spa. Marriott's Indonesia roster comprises the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta and the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya.
