Marriott Entering Medan (Indonesia) in 2008

Marriott International is adding its first property in Medan and its fifth in Indonesia in 2008. The company will manage the new 268-room Medan Marriott Hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2008. The hotel will include a business center, an executive lounge, three restaurants, a ballroom, meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool, a lighted outdoor tennis court and a fitness center and spa. Marriott's Indonesia roster comprises the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta and the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya. Under construction and scheduled to open next year are the Renaissance Bali Resort & Spa and the Mayflower Marriott Executive Apartments in Jakarta. Visit [www.marriott.com].
