New Margaritaville Resort Orlando Adds Water Park Tickets to Stays

Margaritaville Resort Orlando, which just opened a few months ago, is now including complimentary tickets to the Island H2O Live! water park with guests’ stays for travel dates through December 19.

The number of tickets included are for the total number of guests in the hotel room or cottage, and they are non-transferable. Blackout dates apply.

The new Margaritaville Resort Orlando in Central Florida spans over 300 acres and includes four main components: Margaritaville Hotel, Margaritaville Cottages, the Sunset Walk shopping, dining, and entertainment district and the Island H2O Live! Water Park

Two styles of accommodations are available to visitors, the Margaritaville Hotel or Margaritaville Cottages. The hotel has 184 rooms, as well as a lobby with floor-to-ceiling views of the lagoon pools and a welcome cocktail. The hotel also incorporates many of Margaritaville’s signature décor elements, including a margarita glass chandelier made of over 300 glasses, and a 13-foot flip-flop sculpture, while the guest rooms are done in a “casual-luxe” design that combines a cool and tranquil color palette with pops of color. Each room includes plush white bedding, a flatscreen TV, a coffee maker, a minibar and a workstation. Suites are also available, including the 2,500-square-foot Jimmy Buffett Suite, which includes its own private kitchen and terrace. All rooms have balconies that overlook Fins Up Beach Club, which all hotel guests have access to, including its beach entry lagoon pools. The Margaritaville Cottages are private residences, with private ownership options available as well.

The Sunset Walk entertainment district is within walking distance of or a short trolley ride from the hotel. It has over 30 tenants spanning a number of dining, retail and entertainment options, including a luxury dine-in movie theater.

Island H20 Live! is a new water park with 20 interactive experiences and attractions. Chat Creek is the park’s lazy river, while Drop Down, Follow Me Falls and Reply Racers are a trio of thrilling water slides. For younger children, there are Candy Stripe Cove and Pelican’s Paradise, while Private Domain is an adults-only (21+) area. The nearby Tag Shack’s private bar serves cold drinks.
