New Pacific Coast Boutique Hotel

Makar Properties, the same luxury hotel developer that created the St. Regis Monarch Beach, is moving forward with construction on its Pacific City project in California. The project is a 31-acre property located surfside on the Pacific Coast Highway and 1st Street in Huntington Beach. Pacific City will feature a boutique hotel, which will be comprised of 196 cabana-style rooms and 16 fractional residences. Other Pacific City features will include retail and office space, upscale residential housing as well as a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The residential village will amount to 17.2 acres and include 424 one-to-three-bedroom luxury condominium units. Ground floor units will have sizeable yards and upper units will be complete with spacious balconies. A two-acre park will be located in the center of the residential village.
