New Spa Manager Appointed at Little Dix Bay

Little Dix Bay, A Rosewood Resort on Virgin Gorda, has announced the appointment of Fabien DeGuffroy as its new spa manager. A resort-spa professional with an extensive background in massage therapy and several years of experience at five-star luxury hotels, DeGuffroy will be responsible for all operations at The Spa at Little Dix Bay. His appointment marks the final development in launching the new spa. Prior to joining Little Dix Bay, DeGuffroy was with The Spa at The Palms, a five-star luxury hotel on Turks & Caicos; Spa Palazzo at the Boca Raton Resort and Club; and the Rosewood Day Spa of Newburyport, MA (no relation to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts). A French national, DeGuffroy attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and was trained in massage therapy in Florida.
