Nobu Hospitality to Debut New Property in Warsaw in Early 2020

Early next year, Nobu Hospitality plans to open its 17th hotel in Warsaw, Poland. The global luxury lifestyle brand expects to launch new properties in Los Cabos and Barcelona this summer, followed by another in Chicago late this year and, further down the line, a 20th location sometime in 2020.

The new Warsaw location will mark Nobu’s first Polish hotel property. It will occupy a new building on Wilcza Street, as well as the existing Hotel Rialto. Polish architectural firm Medusa Group will design the new portion and work together with Studio PCH on refurbishing the existing hotel. The plan is for the new build to blend directly with the original Hotel Rialto.

Nobu Hospitality expects its new Warsaw hotel to offer 120 rooms, meeting and event spaces and a fitness center. The location will host the brand’s signature Nobu Restaurant, featuring dishes from Chef Nobu Matsuhisa that are served in Nobu restaurants around the world.

Founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, Nobu Hospitality now operates on five continents. It opened its first hotel in 2013 within Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Since then it has introduced locations in Manila, Miami Beach, Malibu, London, Ibiza, Palo Alto and Marbella. New locations are currently in development in Barcelona, Riyadh, Los Cabos, Chicago, Toronto, Sao Paulo, Atlanta, Tel Aviv and Warsaw.
