Occidental Hotels & Resorts is offering $1,000,000 in cash prizes to the top-producing agents who book the highest number of nights throughout its 13 properties in the Caribbean, Mexico and Costa Rica. Valid from October 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007, the promotion is applicable to three all-inclusive Occidental Hotel brands—Allegro, Occidental Grand and Royal Hideaway Playacar. Travel agents who complete a minimum of three new bookings at any of the company's resorts during the fall (October 1 through December 22, 2006) for travel by December 22, 2006 and a minimum of seven new bookings during the entire promotional period for travel by May 31, 2007, will qualify as "top producers." The top 100 producing agents will each receive a $10,000 check. Additional booking bonuses will also be offered for completed travel during the fall to compliment the promotion. These bonuses are structured as follows: each three to four nights, $30; each four to five nights, $50; each seven plus nights, $75.
