Initially, the brand's flagship property, the aforementioned Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, will be joined by sister properties in Chicago in December and Las Vegas in early 2008. Additional hotel projects, including the Trump SoHo Hotel Condominium New York, which is slated for a spring 2009 opening, are currently under development in downtown Manhattan. Other locations include Baja, Mexico; Cap Cana, Dominican Republic; Chicago; Dubai; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Las Vegas; New Orleans; Panama City, Panama; Toronto; Aberdeen, Scotland; and Waikiki, Hawaii, all with openings slated throughout 2010. Each hotel in the Trump Hotel Collection will be newly constructed and will feature unique fine dining venues, the personalized services of a Trump Attaché and facilities by The Spa at Trump with products and services by Kate Somerville. Several current developments have a residential and/or condominium component, while all guest accommodations in the collection will be residential in style. (LL)
