Palacio Arriluce Hotel to Debut in Spain

Palacio Arriluce Hotel, located in Getxo (Bilbao), in the north of Spain, is slated to open its doors in August. Housed in a meticulously refurbished early 20th-century palace, Palacio Arriluce Hotel is situated along the Vizcaya coast. The hotel offers a blend of old-world charm and contemporary elegance. The hotel is set to open after a four-year-long project, managed by Hotelab Hotel Consultancy.

One of the highlights of the hotel is the restaurant Delaunay, helmed by Biscayan chef Beñat Ormaetxea. Guests can also indulge in the intimate and sophisticated atmosphere of the British-style cocktail bar Kupka, located within the former chapel and library of the palace.

The hotel houses 49 rooms, including the Marina Suite, Gran Suite and Suite Arriluce, and guests can enjoy views of the Cantabrian Sea. Palacio Arriluce Hotel offers spacious and cozy lounges with terraces, allowing visitors to savor an aperitif, coffee or a refreshing drink while basking in the open air. Other facilities include a fully equipped gym, a spa offering exclusive treatments, an outdoor swimming pool with the pool bar La Ría, and a croquet court.

Palacio Arriluce Hotel is surrounded by beaches, scenic mountain routes and sea views. Nearby attractions include museums, such as Guggenheim or Museo de Bellas Artes, and provides access to local Biscayan gastronomy. Guests can also explore leisure activities and sporting experiences, such as the picturesque walk from the grand villas to the Old Port of Getxo.
