Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts Under New Ownership

Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts' portfolio of 11 hotels now belongs to UOL Group Limited, one of Singapore's largest hotel and property companies. UOLG recently completed the acquisition of the luxury brand from Tokyu Corp. UOLG previously owned 13 hotel properties and now adds Pan Pacific's roster, which includes properties in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and a first U.S. property in Seattle. Kevin Croley, vice president of sales and marketing for Pan Pacific, says the acquisition by the UOL Group will ultimately help the brand develop toward "reaching its full potential." Plans already are being hatched for expansion in the U.S., specifically on the West Coast, as well as in Japan and China.
