Pleasant Holidays & Journese Add to Jamaica Portfolio


Pleasant Holidays and its luxury brand, Journese, are adding 18 new resorts and seven new hotel brands to their Jamaica resort portfolio. Pleasant Holidays and Journese now include over 60 Jamaica resorts from 14 hotel brands, offering all-inclusive, luxury-included and boutique resort options, flights on all major airlines with private fares, airport transfers, VIP arrival and departure services at Club Mobay, commissionable activities and tours, travel protection coverage and more. A few resorts offer rates and inventory up to two years in advance.

Pleasant Holidays and Journese cut down trip deposits for Caribbean vacations by 75 percent to $50 per person. Deposits for flights, trip protection and other travel components will be collected at the time of booking as required by the airlines and other suppliers. The balance payment is due 45 days prior to trip departure. Group bookings are available at all resorts.

In other Journese and Pleasant Holidays news, the companies have added American Cruise Lines to their portfolio of river cruise offerings. These itineraries, from five to 22 days, offer a nightly complimentary cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, local cuisine, wine and beer with lunch and dinner and onboard entertainment from musicians, historians and naturalists.
