Pullman Hotels & Resorts Expands Wellness Program

Pullman Hotels & Resorts is expanding its wellness program in North America. Developed in collaboration with Pullman’s Wellness Coach, Sarah Hoey, the program was designed to help travelers adapt to a healthy lifestyle.

Pullman’s new approach is based on four pillars of health: SLEEP, FOOD, SPORT and SPA. Each of the four pillars provides options for customization along four key fundamentals: age defense, energy boost, balance and detox.

The wellbeing program has officially launched in North America at Pullman San Francisco, fresh from a $14 million-dollar beautification of the entire hotel, including a brand-new Scroll Bar Waterside Kitchen with views of the lagoon. Sarah Hoey has worked with the hotel to develop a program incorporating the four pillars of health. Guests will enjoy Sarah Hoey’s Active Breakfast encompassing the fundamentals of age, defense, energy, balance and detox; experience facial and body treatments at a local spa; watch a series of 7-minute videos, yoga or fitness routines developed by Sarah; access to DREEM technology to help enhance sleep quality; and experience more restful sleep with a short guide to gentle stretching to relieve tension from the day.

Pullman clientele belong to a generation of travelers known as “global nomads”. Pullman Hotels & Resorts says life is a permanent quest for balancing productivity with personal wellbeing for hyper-connected entrepreneurs and explorers.

The program was initially introduced in March 2017 at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Center. The three Pullman hotels in São Paulo were the next to host Sarah Hoey for team training in all aspects of the Pullman Wellbeing experience. Sarah has continued to help rollout the program in Sardinia, Dakar, Marrakech and Mazagan. Following San Francisco, the program will be rolled out in Paris, Bangkok, Phuket, Auckland and London.

This program will continue to expand around the world with the goal of one hotel per region, and then one per country. At a later stage, Sarah will lead masterclasses at participating hotels across the network.
