This winter, Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino will offer couples a new private island romance package. The Lovers Island Overnight offering whisks couples away to a vacated island where they will receive a four-course meal and spend the night in a luxurious cabana.
The package begins with the couple taking a private boat from the hotel’s dock to the empty island, where a butler will greet them with champagne. The two will then have a four-course meal curated to their preferences and served with wine and the music of their choice. Menu selections can include: pan seared foie gras, mango and rum flambé with baby greens and sherry vinaigrette; lemongrass marinated, and pan seared black sea bass served with vegetable spaghetti, pumpkin and green pea risotto, mussel nage sauce; and much more.
After the sun sets, the butler will escort couples by candlelight to Flamingo Beach where they will spend the night in a luxury cabana. The living area includes a small speaker, a picnic basket filled with late-night snacks and a cooler stocked with drinks. A fire pit overlooking the sea will also be available for guests to roast marshmallows over.
In the morning, guests will receive a complimentary breakfast at Papagayo Bar & Grill. If couples wish to stay later, they can rent the cabana for the day. They may also pair the overnight package with a spa treatment at the resort’s Spa Cove.
