Sheraton Targets Meeting Planners With Incentives

 

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts invites meeting planners to see what a difference a $6 billion makeover can make with a new group promotion. The promotion showcases the completion of the brand’s multibillion-dollar global revitalization effort. 

Sheraton Hotels nationwide are offering value, new meeting breaks, double Starpoint awards and complimentary meeting space to entice planners to rediscover meetings at the newly transformed Sheraton. For meetings booked through December 31, Sheraton will offer 4 percent off the master bill,  up to 200,000 Starpoints Signing Bonus and complimentary Meeting Space (if meeting held by April 30).

Sheraton is showcasing the results of a three-year, $6 billion global brand overhaul that encompasses more than $4 billion in new hotels, renovations and signature brand initiatives in North America and another $2 billion in new hotels overseas. Meeting planners will discover redesigned meeting spaces, new signature meeting breaks, and the brand’s signature Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft.

*    70,000 new or newly renovated guestrooms‚ 50,000 in North America alone
*    More than 100,000 brand new Sheraton Sweet Sleeper all-white, high thread count beds in 211 hotels and 83,000 guestrooms worldwide
*    98 renovated properties, nearly half of Sheraton’s North American portfolio, including high profile gateway properties like the Sheraton Dallas, Sheraton Denver, Sheraton Boston, Sheraton Seattle Hotel & Towers and Sheraton Montreal and Sheraton Waikiki.
*    Sheraton has opened more than 60 new hotels worldwide since 2007 including new flagships such as the Sheraton Puerto Rico Convention Center Hotel & Casino and the Sheraton Phoenix Convention Center Hotel.
