Starhotels Opens Duomo Luxury Apartments By Rosa Grand Milano

Starhotels Collezione recently inaugurated 24 new Duomo Luxury Apartments by Rosa Grand Milano, available for short or extended stays. The apartments are located within a building adjoining the Rosa Grand Milano hotel. The one- and two-bedroom luxury residences in the center of Milan, Italy’s fashion and design capital, include four penthouses with private terraces that offer views over the spires of the Duomo di Milano.

Designed by Milanese architect Andrea Auletta, each apartment is furnished in warm colors and have modern kitchens that open onto a large living area with oak parquet flooring, and feature ample windows and spacious terraces.

The Penthouse Duplex Duomo View is the most noteworthy amongst the four top-floor residences. The 1,615-square-foot apartment is spread across two floors, features spacious living areas, two bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with the shifting light at different times of the day, while outside, the furnished terraces spanning 1,076 square feet offer views of the Duomos. The Penthouse Duplex Duomo View is connected by a handmade staircase and a private elevator.

The apartments will offer a balance between the comforts of a home and the hospitality of a luxury hotel. Guests at the Duomo Luxury Apartments by Rosa Grand Milano will have access to all the main hotel’s facilities, including the wellness area, restaurants, bar and meeting rooms, besides basic amenities such as room service, housekeeping and laundry. A Guest Relations Manager will also be at hand to arrange for restaurant reservations, tours and private cars, while a private chef will be appointed to rustle up dinners for guests in their apartment or to fulfill requests for an intimate cocktail overlooking the Duomo. The Golden Lounge offers guests direct access to the apartments. The dedicated lounge is also where guests can gather to dine, check in or consult with concierge staff.
