Strategic to Invest $100 Million in Chicago Hotel

The Chicago Tribune reports Strategic Hotels & Resorts agreed to pay $82.4 million to purchase the first 15 floors of the $475 million Aqua residential tower, to be built by Magellan Development. It also plans to invest another $20 million to furbish the suites' interiors.
