Thailand Resort Properties to Launch in China Luxury Market

Engel & Völkers will showcase a number of its luxury properties in Hua Hin, Thailand at the China International Luxury Property Show to be held September 7-9 in Shanghai, China. This will be the first time the company has targeted China's mainland market. Hua Hin's proximity to Bangkok has allowed the coastal village to become a favorite retreat for Thailand's royal family and its beach location gives it potential for those looking for a second hometown or a weekend retreat. During the open exhibition at the Shanghai International Convention Center, Engel & Völkers Hua Hin will present Black Mountain Golf Course Homes, Panorama Pool Villas, KM Beach Condominiums, and Hua Hin Boulevard. Condos and villas are available for sale and a condo hotel also is being planned, as well as a shopping plaza. Visit [www.engelvoelkers.com/huahin].
