The much-anticipated Viceroy Anguilla is slated to open in December on 35 acres of beachfront land along Barnes Bay and Meads Bay. The resort will include an array of 166 homes comprised of freestanding villas, town homes, penthouses and single-story resort residence buildings.
This will be the first resort to open in Anguilla in nearly a decade, and is the second of three new Viceroy properties to open in 2009. Starting with Viceroy Miami in March, Viceroy Anguilla and Viceroy Snowmass will complete the design trifecta by the end of this year.
