This summer, Vikram Chatwal Hotels will debut its new flagship location, Dream Downtown in New York, to join the five-star boutique hotel collection's brand, Dream. Located in the Albert C. Ledner building between Chelsea and the Meat Packing District, the hotel will have 316 guest rooms, multiple dining venues, a rooftop lounge, beach club and fitness facilities featuring spa services.
The new property will also revitalize the Dream brand, fusing sleek elements with contemporary distinction, alongside Vikram Chatwal Hotels' trademark international charm and fantastic design (think the heated pool with a translucent bottom visible from the ceiling of the lobby lounge). We like the loft-inspired guest rooms and suites, juxtaosted against the modernist exterior of the building at 17th Street and 9th Avenue. Other locations of the brand include pre-existing properties in New York, Florida's South Beach, Bangkok and India.
