W to Open Hotel and Residences in Southern California

W Hotels plans to open its fifth property in California with the W Huntington Beach, which will also include a residential component. Slated to begin welcoming guests in 2010, the property will offer 250 guest rooms and 92 full-service private residences, along with a restaurant and Bliss spa.
