Wyndham and Corinthia Group Sign Joint Management Agreement

The Wyndham Hotel Group signed a joint management agreement with the Corinthia Group to manage hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA region) under the Wyndham and Ramada brands. Fifteen Corinthia-owned hotels in the region will be rebranded as Ramada Plaza and Wyndham properties while select Corinthia hotels will be flagged under a new tier called Wyndham Grand Collection. Wyndham will offer management services for the brands in the EMEA region and existing Corinthia properties will be integrated into Wyndham's sales, marketing and distribution systems pending approval of the deal which is expected to be finalized in the next 60 days.
