India's hotel industry is looking solid for the next three years. Carlson is in the midst of targeting 78 India hotels by 2012.
By the end of 2010, the group expects to add 50 properties across four brands, including Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Park Inn.
The Regent Gurgaon is slated to open in 2013. Radisson is expected to open 25 new properties over the next three years. Country Inns & Suites will debut 15 new hotels, as well, and Park Plaza is working on eight properties.
