This elegant, contemporary hotel will sit in north central Laos at the meeting point of the Nam Khan River and the Mekong River. The city of Luang Prabang is a UNESCO world heritage, as well.

The 24 guest rooms range in size from 355 to 807 square feet, including balconies and courtyards. The property will also feature a Laotian Spa, which will specialize in therapeutic and relaxation massages, body wraps and the signature "Royal Champa" exotic bath.

Dining venues will include The Deck, Poolside Bar, Phu Doi as well as in-room and private dining.
