Limited NY Spice Market Menu at St. Regis Bora Bora

Discerning travelers and foodies can experience the flavors of New York’s Spice Market restaurant while holidaying in Bora Bora. A specially tailored menu is available at the St. Regis Bora Bora’s Lagoon restaurant, by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Inspired by Vongerichten’s travels to Southeast Asia, the Spice Market menu showcases the cuisine of that region. This menu is available from now until Nov. 13. Guests can also enjoy specially concocted savory cocktails like the lychee raspberry bellini, ginger margarita or spice market sangria while enjoying views Mount Otemanu and the waters of Bora Bora.

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort features 100 over-water and beach villas, many with terrace whirlpools or private swimming pools. The one to three bedroom villas range in size from 1,550 square feet to the resort’s ultra-luxurious 13,000-square-foot Royal Estate, fittingly set apart in a secluded cove.  The resort’s accommodations showcase exotic woods and regional art and pamper guests with private outdoor showers, Pratesi linens and Acqua di Parma amenities.
