Hyatt has signed an agreement with Suning Real Estate Development to open three new hotels in China.

The first to open will be the Hyatt Regency Wuxi in 2010. This hotel will have 350 rooms as part of a two tower mixed-use development. The hotel will have four restaurants and bars, a 2,600-square-foot ballroom, 10 meeting rooms, spa and fitness center.

Also in 2010, Hyatt plans to open the 350-room Hyatt Regency Xuzhou, which will occupy the upper levels of a 60-storey tower, one of five in Xuzhou's Suning Plaza. A separate wing will have restaurants, bars, entertainment facilities and a shopping mall.

Finally the Grand Hyatt Nanjing is expected to debut in 2013. The 400-room hotel will be part of a mixed-use development, which will included luxury residences, a shopping mall, dining and entertainment. The hotel itself will feature a ballroom, meeting rooms, spa and fitness center.
