Auberge Resorts Names New Area Director of Sales, Marketing

Chileno Bay Resort & Residences and Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection have announced the appointment of Lauren Carr as area director of sales and marketing. 

Carr brings extensive Los Cabos destination experience to her new leadership role overseeing sales and marketing efforts for Auberge Resorts Collection’s two Cabo properties.

Carr has flourished in the hospitality industry throughout her 19-year career and joins Auberge Resorts Collection with experience in the luxury tourism market in Los Cabos, most recently serving as director of sales and marketing at Las Ventanas al Paraiso. 

Previously, Carr held sales and marketing leadership positions at prominent hotels and resorts including Fairmont Newport Beach, Fairmont Washington, D.C. and New York Marriott Downtown. Carr graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration.

Auberge Resorts Collection offers a portfolio of resort experiences around the world, including two properties in Los Cabos. Esperanza features 59 casita-style guest rooms and 96 one- to four-bedroom villas with ocean and garden views offering guests a barefoot luxury experience. 

In addition, the resort features six restaurants including the signature oceanfront Cocina del Mar with open-air terraces above the water’s edge, four pools, tennis courts, access to golf courses, a kids club, a full-service pet program and an Auberge Adventures menu of  land and sea experiences.

Chileno Bay Resort & Residences opened its doors in February 2017 and features 60 rooms and 32 two-, three- and four-bedroom villas with ocean or mountain views. Amenities include the COMAL restaurant, the TnT taco and tequila bar; a spa and a three-tiered infinity-edge pool.
