When it first launched, Dugan's Travels was nothing more than the dream of a tired, frustrated mother/travel agent who had had enough of spending her entire paycheck to let her son be raised by strangers. Over the past 10 years, Dugan's has grown from a small, one-woman show to a national enterprise that's making working from home a reality for over 700 home based agents.

"There are many agencies willing to take on independent agents but are not prepared to handle [their] needs. . .[others] take your $495 they charge for you to become an agent with them and leave you high and dry."
Dugan's welcomes new agents, providing them with training, F&O insurance, website and continuing education resources for only $130. Agents also receive free training from suppliers, an IATAN card and a CLIA card once they're qualified, and 75% commissions from their very first sale.
