Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) is about to get a new CEO. Jean-François Ferret will take over for current Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) CEO Filip Boyen as of this September. When asked about the next move for Boyen by Travel Agent, a spokesperson for SLH said that there was no further information to share at this time.

Based in the company’s London headquarters, Ferret will take responsibility for SLH’s international teams and will lead strategic direction of the brand’s luxury portfolio of over 500 SLH hotels in more than 80 countries, SLH said.

Ferret hails from Relais & Châteaux, where he served as CEO for over six years. Before that, he was the director general of Hertz France and the managing director and president of Manpower France. He has also held travel and hospitality positions as deputy managing director of American Express Travel (France), managing director of Thomas Cook (France), senior vice president of Thomas Cook (West Europe) and chief financial officer of Compass Group (Europe). He is a graduate of ESSEC, one of the leading business schools in France.
