The Travel Corporation Names New Global Chief Executive

The Travel Corporation (TTC) has promoted Brett Tollman to the position of president and chief executive, effective July 1 this year. Previously, Tollman held the position of managing director of several of the company’s businesses. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the company’s offices around the world, thereby involving considerable international travel.

Tollman will be relocating from London to Los Angeles at the end of June, with his wife and three children. He will spend time in both the TravCorp USA office in Anaheim and the Uniworld office in Encino in California.

Tollman said his initial priorities will be focused on building the our brands, working closely with trade partners to strengthen respective relationships, develop technology solutions for seamless business and engaging staff to enhance internal employee relations.

The Travel Corporation consists of a portfolio of global brands covering several product categories, including escorted touring, youth travel, destination management and transportation services, independent travel, boutique river cruising and hotels, technology and contracting/purchasing. Brands in the U.S. market include Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Contiki Holidays, Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, Brendan Vacations, African Travel, Red Carnation Hotels, Destination America and Lion World.
