Tripology has launched a new loyalty program, Tripology Perks, created to reward travel specialists for their support of the online travel referral service. Registered travel specialists, called Tripologists, that qualify to participate in the program receive exclusive benefits as part of the designation. The Tripologist Loyalty Program has two tiers, platinum and gold, with distinct requirements for participation as well as perks for each group. The company has received and processed more than 95,000 trip requests since the consumer launch of Tripology.com in June 2007.
"We are proud of the successes our Tripologists have attained with Tripology leads and are very pleased to be able to reward them with valuable perks aimed at furthering their sales and marketing efforts," said Veronique Deblois, vice president of Travel Trade Sales and Marketing for Tripology.
Perks offered as part of the new program include invitation-only offers, inclusion of platinum or gold status designation within the Tripologist's profile, free lead credits for travel writing/blogging, exclusive e-communications, and special PR/publicity opportunities to garner exposure in the press promoting their business.
To reach Platinum status, Tripologists will need to purchase a minimum of $500 in lead credits, feature a complete profile, hold a minimum of four-star consumer rating, earn a minimum of 10 consumer reviews, and remain an active Tripologist for at least 12 months
To reach Gold status, Tripologists will need to purchase a minimum of $250 in lead credits, feature a complete profile, earn a minimum of five consumer reviews, and remain an active Tripologist for at least six months.
