The OpenTable Diners’ Choice Awards has honored Plume at The Jefferson, Washington, DC as one of the Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the United States.
Winners were selected from nearly 5 million reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for more than 12,000 restaurants across the country.
Plume’s signature table is the Bird’s Nest, situated in its own corner under a 110-year-old chandelier. Guests at this table can enjoy the exclusive dessert The Nest, an all-edible gold-flecked white chocolate egg, filled with Chantilly Cream, meringues, fresh berries and passion fruit and coconut sorbets, all atop a nest of cotton candy with an essence of citrus. The Nest is only available to guests dining at the Bird’s Nest who order the seven-course tasting menu or an order of equivalent value.
