Raffles Beijing Opened Tuesday

The Raffles Beijing opened June 27 following nine months of refurbishment. The historic property, which is almost a century old, formerly was known as the Beijing Hotel. It is the first Raffles to open in China. It has 171 rooms and suites, four restaurants and bars and banquet space, and is at the crossroads of Chang An Avenue and the shopping district of Wangfujing. Visit [www.raffles.com].
