Amadeus has partnered with CCRA Travel Solutions to offer a new, one-stop booking portal for Amadeus Vacation Link users called Amadeus Hotel Shopper. The new tool will enable agents to access CCRA's extensive hotel inventory as well as the five rate categories offered on CCRAtravel.com including CCRA’s weekly commission reconciliation and payment program.
Amadeus Vacation Link users now have integrated access to both GDS and non-GDS hotel inventory and rates from a single, multi-source display. Amadeus Vacation Link is a solution for non-GDS users and is used by more home-based agents than any other program, Amadeus says.

For Amadeus Hotel Shopper, Amadeus entered into an exclusive relationship with CCRA Travel Solutions, whereby CCRA’s extensive hotel inventory will be made available to agents using Vacation Link. Under the agreement, hotel content is provided through CCRA’s proprietary hotel booking portal, offering real-time rates and availability at over 160,000 hotels worldwide.
Amadeus Vacation Link is a single point-of-sale, agent portal for booking cruises, vacation packages, tours, as well as consolidator airfares, activities and entertainment. Amadeus premiered Vacation Link in April of 2009 and currently has 2,500 agent users. All features of Amadeus Vacation Link are available free to travel professionals in North America regardless of their GDS affiliation.
Amadeus Hotel Shopper'srRate options include net rates which agents can mark up; online rates; CCRA negotiated rates; a wide range of GDS-available rates and the new 15 percent enhanced commission rate.
