TRAVELSAVERS will hold its conference June 9-13, 2010 at the exclusive Boca Raton Resort & Club for the "American Marketing Group’s Got Talent” event. The conference celebrates the 40th anniversary of TRAVELSAVERS in the U.S., and will gather representatives from parent company American Marketing Group’s 13 other travel brands for the first time in a global meeting.
“We’re proud to bring together, for the first time, our incredibly gifted travel agents, suppliers and staff for what will be an unforgettable event,” said Rick Mazza, president and CEO of American Marketing Group.
Travel agents, suppliers and staff will be put in the spotlight, as well as the powerful products and services offered by the group’s various companies. Those companies include: TRAVELSAVERS (with branches in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe), TWIN (a global travel management company with an international network of travel agencies around the world), NEST (the industry’s only marketing group exclusively for home-based travel agents), The Affluent Traveler Collection (the industry’s newest marketing group for luxury travel advisors), Acclaim Meetings (a meetings marketing organization for travel agencies and meeting planners), TRAVEL HELPLINE and agent24 (global after-hours services), and TravelTix (an air ticket fulfillment service).
The five-day event will include a series of educational tracks on marketing, sales, social media, technology, niche markets and business operations. A track specifically for suppliers will provide insight into the inner workings of the travel agency business.
Travel agents and suppliers who are part of the American Marketing Group companies will soon receive an invitation to the event. A conference micro site will also be launched shortly providing more details, as well as up-to-the-minute news and developments.
