Earn and Learn with the Accessible Travel Market”will be held on November 17 from 2 p.m. to 3p.m. EST. The webinar is part of a series of trending market segments on which ASTA will be providing targeted training in order to help members expand into these unique niches.
“The accessible travel market is one of the fastest growing travel segments in the country today, and with estimates of one Baby Boomer turning 65 every eight seconds, it’s a market that will continue to see significant expansion,” said ASTA CEO Tony Gonchar. “Understanding the many elements involved in properly serving this market through webinars such as ASTA’s is critical for anyone looking to break into this niche or grow their existing clientele.”

This webinar, presented by Vanessa McGovern, director of sales, Special Needs Group, will discuss the issues concerning this growing segment of the travel business and teach those in attendance how to provide the highest level of service for their clients.

Agents will learn: who can benefit from special needs equipment; how to include this service in their marketing; and what they need to know to get started. The webinar will include information about a new three –module, online video-based course travel agent program from the Special Needs Group, ASTA notes.
