Nexion President Jackie Friedman opened up the session, pumping agents up for two days of seminars and training sessions. "The industry is all about connections," she says. "You have stuff to share and learn and there's no better place to do that than with folks who are on the same page."

The breakfast session included presentations from Norwegian Cruise Line's Camille Olivere who told us all about the launch of Norwegian Getaway, which is set to sail in February year-round from Miami, calling in St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Nassau. The Norwegian Getaway will be the sister ship to the recently launched Norwegian Breakaway. There will be a quarter mile of oceanfront promenade, five multi-story water slides, a sports complex, 27 dining options, 22 bars and lounges and more. In October 2015 and Spring 2016, Norwegian will launch two more ships that will be larger than their latest class of ships.

Agents also received a sneak peek at Saturday's keynote speech from Stuart Cohen, motivational speaker, who will give agents the tools they need to take away from and add to their "bucket of Iwannado's."

It should be an educational, productive and fun next couple of days. Stay tuned to for updates.
