Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC) Shopper has introduced a new online, self-service rebooking site as its latest addition to the ATC suite.

ATC Shopper allows customers to modify all types of tickets and fares, before and after their scheduled departure. The service provides 24/7 online access to different routes, itineraries and schedules, allowing travelers to independently rebook flights.
Additionally, for online travel agents, ATC Shopper greatly reduces the number of calls to call centers, which will lower the risk of errors and improve customer satisfaction.
Amadeus predicts that ATC Shopper’s ease of use will increase flight changes and as a result, improve earnings for online travel agencies offering this option to their customers.
Tickets Travel Network, a leading Eastern European online travel agency, was one of the first agencies to test Amadeus’ new ATC Shopper functionality, and according to Amadeus, has reported positive results.
ATC Shopper is the latest addition to the ATC suite which includes Amadeus Ticket Changer Reissue, Amadeus Ticket Changer Involuntary and Amadeus Ticket Changer Refund.
