Avoya Travel has developed a program encouraging independent agencies within the Avoya Travel Network to operate as corporate entities like a limited liability company (LLC) and to have their own errors and omissions insurance (E&O). The program is designed to ensure independent agencies within the Avoya Network to have the highest levels of professionalism and sales within the industry and to better protect each independent agency owner in business.
As part of the initiative, new customer leads from Avoya’s Live Leads program are available exclusively to corporate independent agencies within the Avoya Network who operate with their own E&O Insurance. Since its full implementation, the program has proven beneficial to independent agencies in the Avoya Network, with more Live Leads claimed, increased sales and higher closing rates. September proved itself to be a record-breaking month for Avoya, in part thanks to the newly implemented program, the company said.
