Avoya’s New Marketing Platform Leads to a 54 Percent Sales Increase

Avoya Travel Network has been rolling out AMP, the company’s new marketing platform, in several phases to a number of trial groups. AMP’s design aims to significantly amplify the marketing reach of the independent agencies within the Avoya Travel Network, and it seems to be doing just that. Since it’s unveiling, AMP has increased sales up to 54 percent for its participating network members.

When AMP was initially announced back at the Avoya Travel Conference in 2016, Travel Agent covered the story learning about AMP while it was still in its beta stages. Since then, AMP has begun helping participating independent agents leverage their customer databases through automated, targeting marketing campaigns, which in turn have led to more bookings and greater success rates for the agencies.

The web-based technology platform is meant to complement the Avoya Live Leads program, serving as a powerful and personalized marketing solution to build and maintain customer relationships.

AMP’s features include email marketing with high-impact content and eye-catching templates; social media campaigns; an on-demand print studio providing direct mail sources and more. All marketing and materials are co-branded and personalized for each independent agency and its customers. It’s designed to provide Avoya Network members with a competitive edge thanks to the new multi-platform campaigns, designs and messaging that create exclusive deals with the partnerships Avoya has with cruise, tour and resort companies.

As Avoya continues to roll out AMP to the entire Avoya Network, the company will continue to integrate any new learnings and information to further innovate the technology, campaigns and the overall AMP program to continue increasing the sales of independent agencies, including more cruises and vacations.

There is hope that with Avoya’s AMP and Live Leads programs, in addition to award-winning support resources, one-on-one assistance and hands on professional education, in conjunction with a variety of American Express Travel benefits and exclusive offers, the independent agencies within the Avoya network will continue to sell up to 12 times more volume than peers in other networks.
