Avoya Travel has released the Avoya Agency Dashboard for independent agencies in the Avoya Travel Network. They can access insights into their company’s’ performance that were not available until now. This program is designed to improve the vacation experiences for customers.

Avoya’s Agency Dashboard uses performance data to improve independent agency support within the Avoya Network. Data is moved into a single place—the dashboard—that is part of Agent Power, Avoya’s independent agency operating system.

The Agency Dashboard features charts and reports in one place, along with individual agent report metrics, that are designed to give Independent Agency owners greater visibility into their agency’s performance.

Fully responsive and reactive, Avoya’s Agency Dashboard responds to user requests with prompt feedback without page reloads or pauses. It is a precursor for the company’s new front-end technology moving forward and already part of Avoya’s consumer website.

Avoya Travel says the new technology is integral to the mission of its Avoya 2025 plan, and that it will continue to update the interface.

The travel brand is a family-owned company. It has been an American Express Travel Representative for more than 30 years, which is one of its largest sellers of tours and cruises. Awards received include Travel Partner of the Year by Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruises, American Express, Oceania Cruises and MSC Cruises.
