Diane Bower, an Avoya Travel/American Express, Independent Affiliate, was named a Representative Pacesetter by American Express for 2010. This marks the third time Bower has received the award, as she was also named an American Express Representative Pacesetter in 2006 and 2007.

American Express Representative Pacesetters are the top-producing travel professionals in the various American Express travel groups across the globe, and are selected based on their superior customer service, sales performance, and involvement in the travel agent community. The American Express Pacesetter Program is one of the longest running recognition programs within the American Express Travel Representative Network.

Bower is an award-winning travel professional and has been an Independent Affiliate of Avoya Travel since 2004. She has received recent accolades including Avoya Travel’s ‘Best of the Best’ awards in 2009 and 2010 for her excellent business performance, customer service, integrity and professionalism.

Bower was also named one of Travel Agent magazine’s 2010 Top 25 Agents. Bower specializes in selling cruises and escorted tours to Alaska, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, South America and more. She is projected to sell more than $3.5 million in vacations in 2011. She currently resides in North Carolina with her three daughters.
