Avoya Travel's Bower Named AMEX Pacesetter

Diane Bower, an Avoya Travel/American Express, Independent Affiliate, was named a Representative Pacesetter by American Express for 2010. This marks the third time Bower has received the award, as she was also named an American Express Representative Pacesetter in 2006 and 2007.

“Diane is an exceptional travel professional who goes the extra mile for her clients. She has expert knowledge of the products she sells, runs her business with integrity and professionalism, and customers feel confident booking their vacations with her,” said Brad Anderson, co-president of Avoya Travel. “Creating an extraordinary experience for travelers is the foundation of Avoya Travel, and we cannot think of anyone more deserving of American Express’ Representative Pacesetter award than Diane Bower.”

Bower is an award-winning travel professional and has been an Independent Affiliate of Avoya Travel since 2004. She has received recent accolades including Avoya Travel’s ‘Best of the Best’ awards in 2009 and 2010 for her excellent business performance, customer service, integrity and professionalism.

Bower was also named one of Travel Agent magazine’s 2010 Top 25 Agents. Bower specializes in selling cruises and escorted tours to Alaska, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, South America and more. She is projected to sell more than $3.5 million in vacations in 2011. She currently resides in North Carolina with her three daughters.

“It is an incredible honor to be acknowledged with the 2010 American Express Representative Pacesetter award for my customer service and sales performance,” said Bower. “I have built my business by providing my customers the best vacation experience possible. I value their business whether it is their first or twentieth time booking with me.”
