Travel itinerary management and engagement solution AXUS Travel App has announced the addition of new live data delivery and updates from Sabre through its GDS and ClientBase systems.
With the integration of Sabre’s DevStudio APIs, ClientBase users can import itineraries directly from the CRM system and deliver them to travelers via AXUS’s mobile experience. As booking changes are made in Sabre, they are mirrored across all AXUS touchpoints, including the advisor web interface and traveler app.
The Sabre connection also includes live syncing of flight data. As airline changes are reflected in the Sabre GDS, AXUS itineraries are automatically updated and travelers notified with instant alerts, eliminating the need for advisors to manually monitor and communicate these critical schedule modifications.
