Capitol Hill Rally Draws Tourism Stars

A Capitol Hill rally Sept. 13 drew some of the biggest names in the tourism industry to stress the importance of increasing foreign tourism to the U.S. J.W. Marriott, Disney's Jay Rasulo, Loews Hotels' Jonathan Tisch and Andrew Taylor of Enterprise Rent-A-Car joined others in the effort to rehabilitate America's image, in part, by welcoming more people to the country. One study has shown that favorable opinion of America in most countries has fallen below 50 percent in recent years.
