Caribbean Hotel Association Gets New President-Elect

The selection took place during CHA's annual general meeting at the recent Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Conference (CHTC), held recently in Miami. De Marchena Kaluche faces a preparation period of twelve months before officially assuming the presidency of the association in June 2008, for a two-year term. De Marchena Kaluche currently serves as fifth vice president of CHA, following a term as regional vice president in representation of his country on the CHA executive committee. In the Dominican Republic, De Marchena Kaluche is an active member of the local tourism industry.
