Carnival Cruise Lines Taps New VP

Carnival Cruise Lines has named Domenico Tringale as its vice president, port operations. Tringale will oversee port planning and logistics for the cruise line and serve as a government liaison. Tringale was formerly Carnival's senior port captain, a position he assumed in 2000 after he left his post as vice president of port operations for Costa Cruises. "Domenico's extensive experience in both shipboard operations and shoreside management make him an extremely valued member of the Carnival team," said Brendan Corrigan, Carnival Cruise Lines' senior vice president of marine operations.
